We provide this platform/service through the website by subjecting to the terms mentioned below. GI Social reserves the right to update and modify the Terms of Service. New features that may be added to the Service shall be subject to the Terms of Service. You are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or another legal entity you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these Terms. Wherever used in these Terms of Service, “you”, “your”, “Customer”, or similar terms mean the person or legal entity accessing or using the Services. GI Social will post the modified Terms of Service on the site. Continued use of the platform/service after any such changes made shall constitute your consent to such changes. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the most current version of the Terms of Service, which are currently available on our website.

Terms of Privacy

GI Social may communicate with you via email regarding your account, system updates, or other issues related to your account. You are responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of your account. GI Social will not be held liable for any damage or loss that may result from your failure to protect your login information, including your password. Revision Policies on Billing, Payments and Packs

When you buy a new pack, your account will be credited with the App Credits and credits be automatically deducted on a day basis based on the number of packs bought. At the time of upgrade/downgrade the current pack charges will be applicable based on the days of usage. Thereby availing your pack will add the required credits in your account for the first 30 days thereafter you may wish to recharge the account with the extra credits. Based on the number of packs you buy we will charged on a daily basis by deducting the required App Credits for that day. You may wish to recharge your App Credits whenever it deems necessary. All packs/plans built are based on the App Credits and the amount credited for the pack can be refundable based on the Refund Policies.

Refund Policies

After any online transaction, refund request can be made within 48hours of the transaction. Following which the amount will be refunded within 7 working days.

Cancellation and Termination

The cancellation of the account will be based on the users will. The cancellation request can be made by sending Email to You can cancel at any time, but you will remain liable for all charges applied up to that time, including the extra credits left your account after which you will not be charged again. GI Social reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the existing packs. We hold the right to refuse all current and future use of the platform to suspend or terminate your account or use of the platform to remove and discard any of your content in your account, for any reason, including, if GI Social believes that you have violated these TOS. GI Social will use all reasonable efforts to contact you directly via email to warn you prior to suspension or termination of your account until which your account will be inactive in nature. Failing to provide any authorized or genuine reasons your account will be deleted permanently. Upon termination of the account, the User shall be liable for use of all the credits up to the date of termination.

Copyright Terms

GI Social own the intellectual property rights to any and all authorized components of the platform or the service, including, but not limited to, the name of the service, artwork and end-user interface elements contained within the service, many of the individual features, and the related documentation. You may not copy, modify, adapt, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or dissemble any aspect of the platform/service which GI Social or its clients own. GI Social claims no intellectual property rights over the content you upload or provide to the platform/service. However, by using the Service to send content, you agree that others may view and share your content based on where the contact is being uploaded.

Planned Downtime

GI Social may continuously upgrade the relevant hardware and software components associated to deliver a highly secure service to the users. In the event of such modifications, GI Social will plan for scheduled downtime of its services and notify the users accordingly. The notifications will be through emails or telephonic calls.

Intellectual Property Rights

Each of us shall maintain all rights, title and interest in and to all our respective patents, inventions, copyrights, trademarks, domain names, trade secrets, know-how and any other intellectual property and/or proprietary rights (collectively, “Intellectual Property Rights”). The rights granted to you to use the product under these Terms do not convey any additional rights in the service or in any Intellectual Property Rights associated therewith. All rights, title and interest in and to the Service and its components, including all related intellectual property rights, will remain with and belong exclusively to GI Social and its third-party vendors. You own the information you provide GI Social or input on third-party websites through the Service. You grant GI Social a nonexclusive, revocable, worldwide, perpetual, unlimited fully paid up and royalty-free right to us to use copy, prepare derivative works of, distribute, publish, remove, retain, add, process, or analyze the foregoing described information for the sole purpose of providing you the Service. By providing information to us or to third-parties through the service, you represent and warrant that you are entitled to and authorized to submit the information and that the information is accurate, not confidential, and not in violation of any contractual restrictions or other third party rights.

Force Majeure

GI Social shall not be liable for any failure to perform any of its obligations under these Terms of Use if the performance is prevented, hindered or delayed due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of GI Social including, without limitation, unavailability of any communication system, ISP based issues, breach or virus in the processes, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of nature, civil commotion, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government, etc.
